ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow 2-7 days to process your order. Expect an email within 48 hrs to let you know your order is on the way!

FLAT RATE SHIPPING 

Orders are generally shipped within 24 hours using Australia Post 2-7 days. Flat rate shipping fee of $8.95 applies to orders shipping to all regions in Australia covered by Australia Post. Optional: We do not ship outside of Australia at this time.

For simple flat rate shipping: We offer $8.95 flat rate shipping to Australia.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@alumer.beauty with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
